Shoot While Zoomed

Quality of Life script that allows scripted weapons to scope and fire, this won't work with base Half-Life weapons so don't ask me. Requires an bound +zoom key, obviously.
Inspired by Entropy : Zero 2.
Or y know, just use the toggle_zoom command that i clearly forgot about.

Shouldn't be used with click and hold type weapons, it also makes weapons become automatic :skull:
