Water Dispenser Settings

Add settings to the mod Water Dispenser, the original mod is required

Choose dispenser capacity from 15 to 500. Default 250.
Choose how much water the dispenser should hold when found, Empty, Low, Normal, High, Full, Random. Default Normal.
Enter the percentage chance that the water in the dispenser is contaminated when found, from 0 to 100. Default 0 disabled.
Choose if the water contamination is based on passing months, this work on percentage 8 + ((MonthAfterApo * 9) + PercentageOfSettingAbove). MonthAfterApo stop at 10, 8 + 90 = 98 Max, but with the PercentageOfSettingAbove you can go to a maximum of 100%. Example 8 + (MonthAfterApo is equal to 2 * 9) + PercentageOfSettingAbove is equal to 10 = 36% on third month 45% and so on. Default is disabled

Reduced the weight of the Water Jug to 10 from 20, this is not modificable.
