Sgt Keroro over Ellis

Replaces Ellis with Sgt Keroro from the anime Keroro Gunso. This was quite ambitious for me due to the amount of fixing required needed to shrink the model down to where the animations don't break. Special thanks to Tiny King Trashmouth for explaining how to shrink models and apply a fix. Enjoy!

Model includes
- Modified animations to better fit his proportions shrunk down.
- Model works online.
- Model Blinks. Exciting.
- Jiggle Physics for his hat
- Custom textures to make him appear more ampibious in the source engine.
- Custom Physics and hit Box for single player or local servers only.
- FPS Arms
- HUD and Lobby icons.

Known issues
- Due to the method needed to shrink him down some addons don't work with this survivor mod. Some mods I have tested that I had issues with are the Survivor Legs mod by Shadowysn and XDR animation swaps. If you find any other mods that also conflict with this survivor mod please do feel free to share in the comments. That said I cannot assure you when a fix can be implimented as I'm not sure as to why that is a thing.
- Some of his walking animations de-sync. It just means he may skid forward a bit before snapping into his central position. Again. I do not know what is causing this and don't know how to fix it. However this one is a bit more curious so I'm gonna see what I can do to fix it.
