No Hanging Skulls for Valkia's shield

描述
This simple mod removes the hanging skulls from Valkia's shield. They bothered me enough to do something about it.
It also affects the Valkyrie unit's shield from Deco's awesome Expanded Roster - Norsca, should you use it.

Should be compatible with anything that does not edit Valkia's shield.

Should be save compatible

@Glorp_420 i was using unique faction UI and less red more art - its currently outdated though, but author might come back eventually

@IX Avdacity - technically, I removed skulls from a Slaaneshi daemon prince head. Don't see issue with that :p

@TehOmnissiah - probably easy to remove it, but i probably wont do it as i am not interested in that. Watching the first half ot this shuld allow you to learn what is needed (that's what i did as well)

Any chance of just... removing the ugly shield lol. or at least compressing it so it looks like the lore pictures
