Makes your menu to always appear like it is Halloween time.
Obviously not compatible with Always Christmas in Menu.

It doesn't, for this you have to make the game think that you are actually in season time. There's a way to do this with cheats - open console and type following two commands:
cht_bEnableCheats=3
cht_strFakeSeasonTime="2022/11/01"
Then start any level.

Does this also re-enable the Halloween enemy models? If not, is there a way to do that?
