Harsher Rebuffed Mood Penalty

The first rebuff a pawn receives from a failed romance attempt will give -8 mood (increased from -5). The effect now has a 0.75 stack multiplier (down from 0.9), so fully failing 5 attempts in a short time will give -75 mood, versus vanilla's max possible of -65 (if I've done did my math correctly).

So, the end result is that the mood debuff from being rebuffed is harsher for the first time, and the max possible debuff is also harsher, but each additional rebuff adds less and less. This was done to make needy pawns have a need of distractions and if they don't get them, less mentally stable.

This is best paired with one of those mods that reduces or fixes a pawn's romance attempts to ignore or skip trying to romance multiple times in a short time frame, and reduce the number of attempts on the same pawn. This is also not compatible with mods that do the exact opposite and try to make the Rebuff mood penalty weaker, however you can technically use them in the same mod list. It will simply be the last one in the mod list that applies its effects.
