Last Mans on Earth 2P, 3P and 4P

You and up to 3 others survivors, will you be able to survive against the Special Infected ?

Last Man on Earth rules applies with few changes such as more frequent SI spawn (20s) and twists for each mutations :

- For 2P (2 Players), Max Specials set to 4 with at least 2 Specials spawn at once.
- For 3P (3 Players), Max Specials set to 6 with at least 3 Specials spawn at once.
- For 4P (4 Players), Max Specials set to 8 with at least 4 Specials spawn at once.

Also allowed for defibrillators to spawn to make it a little better.

There's also a bug for players that will play with you where they don't get the survivor they picked in the menu.
I had a fix in mind but I haven't tested it and the problem is it would remove bots completely and since I like to launch the mutations with bots sometimes I thought I should leave them alone with the bugs.
