AM's Worker's Cottage 4A

This is a continuation to my Worker's Cottage Series. My first two assets in the series can be found here. It was fun exploring different ways architects and enthusiasts have attempted to bring the Worker's Cottage style to the current era. If you're a fan of this modern take I have a another level 4 and a level 5 coming out soon!

Texture: 1024 x 1024 d/s/n/a/i/c MAIN || 128 x 128 d/s/n/a/i/c LOD. The asset shares textures with my previous Worker's Cottages so you can use LSM to cut down RAM usage. The asset also has 4 color variations.

Size: 1 x 4
Tris: 2670 MAIN || 324 LOD

The asset includes the pavement decals, a garage, and some patio furniture. Those can be found in the required items but none of these are mandatory and asset should work just fine without them. If you choose not to subscribe to the garages I'd recommend you don[t subscribe to the pavements either or it'll look weird.

I still plan on releasing a level 3 version, but it has been a bit frustrating getting it to look right so I decided to work on other assets for the time being. If you have any Chicago architecture you'd like to see, leave a comment. I'd also greatly appreciate pictures of any buildings you find particularly amazing. It's easier to model when I have good inspiration.
