Welcome to the island of Sark, Channel Islands!

This island is 1:1 scale and utilizes real GPS imagery and height-map. Ore, trees, and water are all placed accurately based on the GPS information.

Sark is a part of the Channel Islands in the southwestern English Channel, off the coast of Normandy, France.
It is a royal fief, which forms part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, with its own set of laws based on Norman law and its own parliament. It is a territory of England, and has a population of about 500.

Sark (including the nearby island of Brecqhou) has an area of 2.10 square miles. Little Sark is a peninsula joined by a natural but high and very narrow isthmus to the rest of Sark Island.

Sark is one of the few remaining places in the world where cars are banned from roads and only tractors, bicycles and horse-drawn vehicles are allowed. Sark also does not have its own airport so people must travel to the island by boat, from either from the neighboring islands of Guernsey or Jersey.

Since the island is only accessible by boat, there are no highways on this map. The islands of Herm and Jethou can be seen to the Northwest, outside of city boundaries. The map dimensions are very close but not perfect, I have smoothed out some of the rough edges around the island and raised certain areas that were too low.

*** "Unlock All - Progression milestones are always unlocked" mod needs to be turned on, so that harbors and airports may be accessible. Otherwise, the map is fully vanilla, with no other mods or DLC required to run it.
