Component free machining table

There's always been a question about how the first person made a Component anyway, and how you would ever progress if you couldn't buy everything or mine fully intact mechanisms out of the dirt somehow. With this mod, plus one of the ones that adds a component recipie to the machining table, I can *finally* bootstrap my way up to simple machinery from first principles.
