This asset will pop up, act as a low level house and be replaced as property develops.... and I hope, leave a smile on your face when you see it.

I have really come to enjoy this asset. When I was young, we spent hours digging to create a bike track on a vacant lots, a place to play and so this asset is built in memory of the greatest time in America to grow up and the thousands of hours of building bike tacks, forts, talking and just growing up outside.

Lowest Level Residential land and so will, as in the real world, be built over by a house... until then, I hope you can remember or picture this time in history.
