If you want to replace vanilla grenade to JMod, i'll recommend you THIS

To throw a grenade you need ammo. TO REFIL AMMO, spawn EZ Munitions in "JMod - EZ Resources"

JMod have a lot of grenades entities, but there are no grenades in SWEP.
It was inconvenient for me to carry grenades with me, and I decided to make a SWEP of a frag grenade and other useable grenades.

Left Click to throw grenade, right click to soft throw.
Ammo: grenade

Perhaps I will add also Flash Grenade, Gas Grenade, Stick grenade and etc (Added)
