House Grounds Additions

This is a small mod consisting of a few addtions to the grounds surrounding the grid where the player can build their house.
Doing away with the circle of crafting stations, they are placed around the structures: leatherworking and weaponsmithing inside the tent, blacksmithing and enchanting right outside, alchemy by the inn building, and tailoring inside the small house. There is also a merchant who sells mostly basic crafting items, and there are a few caches stashed with a handful of items to be found.

There should be plenty of room for outside structures to be built, and I haven't touched the actual grid (the house in the screenshot is mine). There shouldn't be any collision or floaty items but let me know if you find any!
