[ZetaVP] RealVC: "Clapper" (Unsupported)

One of the long waited for voice packs in my real voice chat (known as realvc in files) series. This is my most complete voice pack out of all the ones I made. The voices were sampled from real voice chat audio data, thanks to the voice_writevoices convar. The voice chat file that was used as the source made via "voice_writevoices 1" was from before the voice chat upgrade, so the voices are low quality (originally 11025 hz). The source files are included in the addon.

"Umbra" voice pack

This voice pack features a man who sounds to have been playing deathmatch with other players on a sandbox server. He often talks about "clapping cheeks" and has yelled at another player known as stutzed (stutz is what they were called) at the time. I can't say for sure what his username was, but based on some old screenshots I had, it might have been CKidder_nc.

• All WAV files are mono and 22050 hz for compatibility with both voice chat systems.
  
• All WAV files use Microsoft ADPCM to minimize file size.
