@the game because it has bicycle lanes, and those are available only to people that have After Dark DLC.

Why does this and your other road mods require the After Dark DLC?

but wouldn't it be possible to just add the bus stops without bus bays?

@jakobs sort of. because once you go past the 16m road (but below 32m), the zoning alongside will not match with the standard 16m or standard 32m roads. Meaning you cant properly zone in corners where this roads meets a non-standard size. Only 16m wide and 32m wide play nicely together. But then again, a 32m road is too wide for a setup exactly like this unless you want extra lanes, grass or pavements (for which I have other variations uploaded)

@jakobs you are correct! however right now not possible unfortunatly. Main issue is that bus bays require extra width, and on a small 16m road, this is hard to do if you want to keep the carlanes, bike lanes and pavement.

Being from the Netherlands myself, I know plenty of roads designed like this that have bus bays. But good to hear the feature will be added in the future :)

In the future the road will have the option for bus bays. For now there is a road that has a seperate bus bay that you can use.

Use one segment for 1 stop in one direction, then the segment next to it with the bus bay on the other side for a stop in the other direction. And then on places where there is no stop needed, you can just use this road from this page!

Perhaps not extremely convenient, it is realistic in a way for narrow roads where you want to prevent having cars stuck behind (de)boarding busses
