Crasher with MvM Upgrades

Crasher is now playable with MvM Upgrades through Vscript.

Everyone starts with $500. Every kill you make rewards you with $100 and $50 for assisting. Capping the flag will net you $300 while the rest of the team gets $200. Upgrades and money reset at the start of each round.
The script is compatible with every map, it only requires some configuration to make sure the upgrade stations are placed in the right position.

I have also removed the "Explode on ignite" upgrade from the Gas Passer and nerfed the building health upgrade from +100% to +25%, up to 75%, in an attempt to balance things a bit. If you think other upgrades need to be balanced, let me know.
