This mod replaces all spawned collectibles with Mystery Gift. Perfect for any celebration where gifts are given... and it wouldn't be inappropriate to gift someone a carton of spoiled milk or a syringe.

• This mainly affects prizes drawn from item pools, but certain static drops - prizes from minibosses, food items from beggars - will also be replaced with Mystery Gift. Static drops from major bosses (e.g. Cube of Meat from Harbingers) and static drops found in the environment or from slot machines (e.g. Mini Mush from mushrooms, Blood Bag from a Blood Donation Machine) will be unaffected.
  
• Items needed for progression such as The Polaroid will also be unaffected.
  
• Items which are either redundant or undermine the point of the mod - There's Options, More Options, Magic Skin and TMTRAINER - cannot be generated by Mystery Gift or obtained from full item rerolls.
  
• Chaos can still be obtained as a pickup, but not from full item rerolls. (Chaos takes away a big benefit of generating items with Mystery Gift, so you should be able to avoid getting it if you don't want it.)
  
• If you get Schoolbag, it cannot be rerolled, destroyed or removed.
  
• Other items which spawn other items - e.g. Alabaster Box, Eden's Soul, The Lovers? card - will spawn regular items, not more Mystery Gifts.
  
• Rerolls will work as normal.
  
• Restock machines will generate normal items in most rooms, but will only spawn Mystery Gifts in shops and black markets.
  
• Although There's Options cannot be obtained, static drops from Harbingers, Steven, Gish and Little C.H.A.D. will become multiple choice in a similar way, with the second option being a Mystery Gift.
  
• As Options treasure rooms serve no purpose, you will not be able to obtain Golden Horse Shoe.
  
• Damocles won't duplicate Mystery Gift spawns, but will still spawn 2 items when you use a Mystery Gift or another item pedestal spawning effect.
  
• For static drops that aren't replaced with Mystery Gift, the Damocles effect will cause a Mystery Gift to spawn as the extra item. However, duplicating a static prize or a Mystery Gift with Diplopia or Crooked Penny while Damocles is active will not cause an additional item to spawn - it will only duplicate the item.
  
• Genesis will still give you normal items to choose from, and in general no items will be replaced with Mystery Gift while in the Genesis room.
  
• Neither Mystery Gifts nor static drops will be affected by rotating item pedestals (Glitched Crown, Tainted Isaac, Binge Eater). The same items will just repeat.
  
• Mystery Gift will generate Devil Room items in the starting room of the Dark Room, but only for your first time there. If you leave the room and return to it, Mystery Gift will create Treasure Room items as normal. (This will also apply to The Chest, but only if you enter with the Left Hand trinket.)
  
• Krampus will drop Mystery Gift instead of A Lump of Coal. (Head of Krampus is unaffected.)

To make up for the fact that this mod overrides the Chaos boss drops on the Void floor with Mystery Gift, item pools work totally differently on the Void with this mod enabled. Instead of the items spawned being from the item pools that match the type of room you're in (e.g. you get boss items in a boss room, treasure room items in regular rooms), the item pool drawn from will be based on the room's backdrop theme:

• Caves / Catacombs: Shop
  
• Flooded Caves: Boss Room
  
• Depths: Beggar
  
• Necropolis: Key Master
  
• Dank Depths: Bomb Bum
  
• Womb: Curse Room
  
• Utero: Devil Beggar
  
• Scarred Womb: Baby Shop (Rep) / Unused "Dungeon" Item Pool (AB+)
  
• Sheol: Devil Room
  
• Cathedral: Angel Room
  
• Chest: Golden Chest
  
• Dark Room: Secret Room
  
• ???: Planetarium (Rep) / Library (AB+)

The Secret and Ultra Secret Rooms will work as normal.
