Custom Launcher

Purpose
- allows launching the game from another directory through steam and thus keeping the steam overlay
- prevents switching steam's and sometimes all other windows' input language with 936.exe on win7

How to use
1. Install
2. Put the path to the Launcher in quotes followed by space and %command% into the game's Launch Options, located at Properties->General
e.g. "E:\games\steamapps\common\Street Legal Racing Redline\_Launcher.exe" %command%
3. Adjust the _Launcher.ini to your needs
