Better Housing Size

Simple mod to make better use of the housing sizes, afterall a skyscrapper should have more than 18 people in it.

This mods alters the habitats to make early game a bit more challenging but also stop late game from needing huge areas with skyscrappers giving bigger meaning to each habitat you build and punishing you in a harsher way for losing the later levels of your habitats.

The changes are:
Habitat Level 1: from 8 to 3
Habitat Level 2: from 10 to 6
Habitat Level 3: from 12 to 9
Habitat Level 4: from 14 to 15
Habitat Level 5: from 16 to 36
Habitat Level 6: from 18 to 72


Obs:
I managed to apply this mod to an on-going game but its effects are only seen after a habitat upgrades/downgrades
