Hotel Marriott Warsaw (officially named LIM Center) was built between 1987 and 1989, it was one of the very first 5 star hotel in Poland. On the ground floor and the first floor, there is a shopping center known as 'Galeria LIM'. It includes around 40 shops, cafes and restaurants, and a LOT Polish Airlines ticket office.

Hotel InterContinental Warsaw was built between 2001 and 2004.
At 164 m high, it is the tallest hotel in Poland, the third tallest in Europe and one of the tallest 5-star hotels in the world. It contains 328 rooms and 45 floors. On the 43rd and 44th floors is a swimming pool, the highest indoor swimming pool in Europe.

Złota 44 is a residential skyscraper. The building's name comes from its address on Złota ('Golden') Street. The luxury 52-story skyscraper reaches a height of 192 meters and contains 287 apartments. All of these are equipped with the home management system (HMS), facilitating control of the air conditioning, roller blinds, heating, illumination, and allowing online restaurant orders and other services.

The Warsaw Financial Center (WFC) was constructed to comply with all applicable building codes of the United States, including an emergency generator that provides power for all Life Safety Systems including fire alarm systems, HVAC fire support systems, the building's fire pump, elevators and emergency lighting, and its own water tanks (with a capacity of about 160,000 US gal) for the production of safe drinking water. Warsaw Financial Center was designed by renowned U.S. architecture firms, A. Epstein & Sons International and Kohn Pedersen Fox Associates in cooperation with Polish architects, who were inspired by the 333 Wacker Drive building in Chicago.
