All the following effects are applied to Player/s & A.I in campaign only

What does this mod do?
Adds the following effects to the campaign difficulty effects table:

Spell cost -30%
Spell cool-down -30%
Miscast rate 0% (may change)
Magic ability number of uses +3

Compatible with everything (should be)
Save game Compatible (enable / disable at will)

Make sure all humans have the same version of the mod installed for multiplayer use.
The effects are custom so the mod should not need updating when a patch is released.
