Disables parachutes for both bots and the player

Edit: I see a lot of you liking the plugin and I appreciate the comments so much! I mostly made this for myself because I felt fall damage is kind of useless with parachutes. Thanks for the support.

@Cosmo_ZaZa Use the mutator vehicle burn kill. It kills bots that were in a vehicle that got destroyed.

you could make a option for make not possible to drop the parachute when their vehicles get takedown, cuz is to anoying get kill for that stupids bots dropping off the helicopter when he get's crashed, is so unrealistic :(

I would imagine some bot in an plane getting shot and then jumped then realising they forgot their parachute, and I watch them fall to the ground
