Combine gasmask filters

描述
Repacking allowed.

Makes it possible to combine gasmask filters. Every conversion happens with a 10% loss.

This mod has 2 major advantages compared to vanilla.
- You don't have to carry a huge amount of low % filters in your inventory
- When you combine a filter with another one and the 'donor' filter uses up all quantity it simply gets removed instead of leaving the player with an empty filter that they would drop from their inventory 99% of the time.

Empty filters also add to the total filter count in the world, meaning that the game won't spawn other filters in the place of the dropped empty ones.
With this mod combined empty filters simply get removed and let other filters spawn all around the map.

Also makes using filters much safer + less annoying because you don't have to wait for your filter to get used until it has only 1-2%. You can simply swap filters at let's say 10% and just combine them later.

After this experiment I can say that items on the map, no matter where they are, if they have the 'count_in_map' flag on they are taken into account. Meaning that if, let's say 30 filters can spawn on your server, and 2 ppl use up 10 filters each and drop them anywhere, then the server will see 20/30 filters on map and only cycle 10 filters on their normal spawnpoints until those 20 disappear.

So I spawned in, looked through the buildings and found exactly 5 masks and 5 filters. Picked them up, put them in a bag, moved 200m away for a few sec and went back. Again, I found exactly 5 masks and 5 filters. Now after I picked them up I just moved the masks and filters outside and placed all of them 100m away from the buildings. After this for 5 minutes I just teleported away, moved around, came back but every time the buildings were empty. So after waiting a little more I decided to pick up the filters from the spot where I left them and put them in a bag again. I went back to the buildings and found exactly 5 filters already spawned in but no masks. I kept picking them up, teleporting away, moving a little and they kept respawning, but not the masks. A while later just to make sure I picked up the masks too, went back and found exactly 5 masks spawned in.

Ok so I did a little bit of testing.
- placed 4 buildings which spawn hunting loot
- removed EVERYTHING from types.xml only leaving gasmask and gasmask filter in it
- set nominal to 5, min to 2, restock to 0
- set their 'usage name' to hunting
- exported the mapgrouppos (with only the 4 buildings), put it in the mission folder and started up my server

you can look at the github for the "GasMask" entry and see how the flags are set. As for how they work, BI hasn't documented it in their wiki, but I've been running servers for years and that's the accepted functionality. Ask in the dayz discord, enfusion modders or reddit. There was a time when those flags were widely used on weapons which made them rare, but they were mostly all set to 0 a year ago or more.
