描述
My other Vista Points all have parking, made to go along a roadway for a scenic place to stop and take in the view, but what about in pedestrian areas? Here it is, the vista point for your Plazas & Promenades area, where your citizens can rest their feet while they take in the view.

People will gather in hang around markers in the back corners to take in the view.

My 1x1 Bicycle Parking is required, linked at right.

@rod_gb You can place it anywhere, it is a regular park, but the assets are mostly from P&P so you need that DLC, plus Mid Century Modern and Parklife
