The Postal Dude, from the Postal Video Electronic Entertainment Franchise, now available for your XCOM roster.

The aliens will tremble in fear as he demands them to sign his petition to make the Commander give him more days off, with his fully animated face flapping in the wind and his coarse voice (VP links below) grating their eardrums down to a fine powder.

But yes, his face is fully animated. His hair is also colorable and is separately selectable under the Hair category, though it can't be used with your regular XCOM soldiers. This was done primarily so you can equip hats and helmets on him without his hair clipping through them.

His glasses can be found under both Face Prop sections. They come in both Clear and Opaque styles, and unlike his hair, these DO work with regular XCOM soldiers.

The outfit can also be worn by anyone, not just the Dude. In the Arms section you have options for either the Dude's hands, XCOM hands, or black gloves. The trenchcoat can be colored with the Primary Armor slot, and the shirt with the Secondary Armor slot.

The trenchcoat features physics rigging, though it may look a bit jank because physics props on soldiers can't be given collsion mapping, so it'll clip through the body during some animations.
