This mod replaces all of the Rebels with Tactical Outfits from the mod "SMOD Tactical". The original file was posted onto Gamebanana with the ability to modify the textures with textures from the Counter Strike Source Urban textures. I have not seen anyone actually post the replacements so I decided because I did the Combine, I may as well do the Rebels. However instead of just replacing one texture with another I decided to add an RNG code to it! So enjoy Randomly Textured Rebels!

This mod uses RNG code by Ellie and like with most RNG mods whenever you kill a Rebel or a Rebel dies the texture will be changed to another one, I do not know how to fix it and I assume it is just how the code works. It is still better than nothing. Also the Medics do not have any new RNG Textures. I just couldn't find any good ones that would make them stand out to being Medics.

This replaces the following:

• Rebels - Male/Female (+RNG)
  
• Medics - Male/Female (-RNG)
