Fixed issue regarding invisible balconies and LOD models as of 1/2/2023

I wanted to build a city inspired by Palma de Mallorca and Barcelona, but couldn't find buildings that perfectly matched what I wanted. So I made these flats. They are high residential growables and can be recolored with Repaint.

This asset is actually a combination of six flats all in the same style. Each has the same facade but is arranged at different angles. The angles in this pack are 10, 20, 30, 45, 90, and 180 (straight). For extra pizzazz I suggest using Raccoon's retail fronts and the Move It mod to place little stores at the base of the flats.

Make sure to subscribe to the Spanish balcony prop and Italian prop set listed to the right for the buildings to appear as they do in the screenshots.
