描述
Sorts and groups the mod options tab by author if there is more than one mod by the same author, otherwise groups them in the Various Authors group, special groups for VE mods and mods with configs created via HugsLib.
Makes the search bar work by author too.
Can be toggled.
Fixes the HugsLib search bar error.

If you have an error, post the full log or i cannot fix the issue. If you are using a hugslib fork, tell me, it is important.

Performance is unbearable. Which it shouldn't be.

Yeah, Dubs Analyzer shows 20ms per frame which is horrible.

The functionality and readability are good, but the fps in the mod settings UI dropped so much that I cried.

The mod threw a big error that broke all UI in one of mod collections I'm trying to fix, I had to disable it, it was the first time this mod ever broke for me.

With this mod on, my mods that uses hugslib to create settings no longer show the config window created by hugslib, but a blank window without any options.

I merged two logs, one with MOS and one without. you can tell the difference from their file name

@King of Blades, Allow Tool and Yayo's Combat on their own work fine, i need the full huglib log to fix the issue
