@Blazingimp77151 No it's supposed to generate with some amount of it in vanilla however you can get it where the whole thing isn't overgrown with the stuff it is very rare.

i dislike underlichen being made brighter but i'm building a fort in the caverns and it's so worth it to get rid of the weird yellow make them look nicer mixed together

3 Worlds I've genned, each with mud floors and no moss. unfortunate because I really like these textures. If it were fixed I would definitely give this one high marks.

I have gotten issues with mud floor caverns showing up too, normally barren mud floors only occur when a layer has no water but I just got it on one that has tons of water.

I also got just mud caverns on both Cavern 1 + 2 in my test file. The cute moss did start growing into my fortress so it was texture loaded - but never grew in the caverns.

tried this recently but cavern 1 layer was completely bare rock, not even a mud cavern. Seems like something is up with it

@THICCY_NICCY I'm pretty sure that cavern layer is like that in vanilla, or at least has a chance to be.

Anyone else get completely bare/mud cavern floors without trees on the second layer?

I didn't know how much I would enjoy this mod until I had it downloaded, but I'm already doing more in the caverns just because the green makes it look so fantastical.

Thank you for this! It's a really cute overhaul, and it makes things look a lot more cohesive!
