This is a revision of surf_phase_shift by GUINN355 (STEAM_0:1:19313993)

Changes implemented in this fixed release, committed July 25, 2014, include

- increased maximum players
- modified bottom teleporter to top to be larger and friendlier for telejumping
- modernised weapon spawners
- introduced the option of an unsilenced m4a4
- introduced weapon managers to mitigate the risk of weapon spawner spam exploits
- resolved bug where players with too high a velocity would cause floor teleporters to not activate
- resolved bug where players exiting the internal ring teleporters would lose momentum

Map is to be played with sv_airaccelerate 100 or sv_airaccelerate 150
