Hokkaido-Railway Class C2

The private railway company which built from Hakodate to Minami-Otaru,
these days called as Hakodate-Main-Line, was Hokkaido-Railway(I).
The locomotives of 1/4 were these Class C2 steam locomotives.
The real painting were not certain, but some model-railway maker sold as light-green painting,
so we imitate these models.
This mod contains light-green painting and black one as JGR period.
