Restored bullsquid footstep sounds

Restores the bullsquid footstep sounds, so the bullsquid no longer sounds like he's wearing shoes.

This mod replaces the bullsquid model so it won't work if you have any other bullsquid mods that change the model, unless its skins/sounds which should be fine. Also any mod that edits the npc_sounds_bullsquid.txt

You need to find the vpk file and put it in your custom folder.
