This save has many problems.
1) Many districts are no longer defined
2) Industry, parks, farming and other areas are no longer defined
3) Airport is supported, but the airport district is no longer defined
4) Many of the residential districts have not been occupied
5) As soon as I start the game, population drops by 60K

I'm using 81 Tiles, all DLC's
Other maps of this caliber, size and complexity work as they should
What's Missing????

When I load this save it says I'm missing a bunch of things called "American Eclectic" and some Container Trailers/Trucks. Are these mods I need to install or are they part of a DLC?
