[DRGBASE] Timekeeper SNPC.

Here's a relatively simple npc I made in like an hour.

DESCRIPTION:

This fellow is very slow, but has quite a large hitbox, making him hard if not impossible to avoid if he corners you, he b-lines, taking the shortest route to you. Don't let him catch you, because if he does he flips a coin, either he just kills you right then and there, or, by rare chance, he will transport you to another map! (only construct or flatgrass for now).
