Looks like the latest MCC update broke this map. I think there's a way to make it so MCC updates don't break your map if you want to look into that.

The vehicles seem to spawn fine on all the game modes with one exception; Race. This just might be an issue with the original map itself; for example SVA had to make changes to Luigi Raceway when porting it so it could properly support Race.

You were likely trying to play the map using team slayer or some other game type that changes how many/what vehicles spawn. If this happen go into the game type setting and into vehicle options and set everything to 4 that will fix it.

Can you make the hover tank from command and conquer tiberian sun? It's a GDI tank,i think it will fit more
