My first Garry's Mod map


Features:

-Many physics props
-Breakable glass
-Hidden rooms
-Normal doors and button doors
-Connected ventilation system with vents entrances in every room, accessible without the use of noclip.
-Control room which can turn off all lights, lock all doors and turn on an alarm
-Armory room, containing weapons
-An elevator that takes you to the bottom floor
-Has a basic navmesh
-Doesn't require CS:S

This map is considered the "part below" the main headquarters of my second gmod map "gm_headquarters"
