[1.16.2.3] More High-Res Paper Map

The 'paper map' is the 2d "cartoon" map shown when zoomed out.

This mod makes the 'paper map' display down to max zoom level, to still enjoy a clear terrain while gaming at medium zoom with the paper map. Improves fps performance for weak GPUs, terrain isnt rendered with the paper map. Terrain is heavy on the GPU. You can still see trees and baronies on the paper map. Select 'Map Objects' OFF in settings.

Mod adds a 'higher-res' de-noised and sharpened paper map using the AI program Waifu2X. Unfortunately the resolution is fixed to the size of the engine map, actually increasing the resolution (pixel count) would break the game.

-incompatible with mods that change the game world (not Iceland to Sri Lanka).
