Welcome to LAFTown – a small town in Latvia built during the Soviet era. Built for purpose of housing workers of the old LAF car factory, nowadays it sees little traffic and life. The local landmarks vary from the old LAF car factory itself to a monument for 10th anniversary of the LAF-110, the first LAF car ever made. You can also find the Minima grocery store, Nafte and Latvian Petrol petrol stations, Hasburgir restaurant, Police station, Town Council and more.

The map of LAFTown was made to celebrate the 10 years of LAF-110 and LAF in general. The LAF-110 was the first ever workshop upload for me so this also marks 10 years of me being a “content creator”. LAFTown is my first attempt at making a Garry’s Mod map and took a bit over a year to finish it. It's a fun map to mess around and good for some small RP.

● Latvian (and other) brand knockoffs. ● Buildings with interiors and breakable windows. ● Breakable environment (safety walls). ● Bus stops with roofs and signs (respawn points). ● Rooms usable for RP (police, shops, restaurant & more). ● Buildings based on real life counterparts (can you find them?). ● Custom textures (including adverts on buildings and bus stops). ● AI path nodes and NAV mesh (works with nextbot). ● Various Easter eggs and secrets, including a secret location.

On this map no, as the map reached Source engine limits, that's the reason the tracks got removed

I don't plan to update the map, it is at its limits, but I will probably publish more maps at some point.
