"Having trouble with your TV? Just switch the bloody channel. Easy as that :v"

It should be completely normal and logical that you can defeat an enemy, which comes out of the tv, instantly if you just turn off the tv. Right? Right.

So, now this is possible with the clicker. The clicker remains its default effect, but in addition, instant kill dogma at use.
You can also just skip the fight completely by turning off the TV before the fight against dogma even starts.

Update from the future: This mod now supports Mod Config Menu Pure:

• "Lore friendly": Some users have noted here that Clicker actually has to kill Isaac by turning off the TV, which is not a wrong thought, but has nothing to do with the core idea of this mod. Now you can decide for yourself what the consequence of using Clicker should be.
  
• "Doubletrouble Chance": The 'I hate myself' option: Chance for a dogma doubletrouble in case killing/skipping dogma with Clicker fails (for example: 70% means, there is a 70% chance for dogma doubletrouble and 30% chance for killing/skipping dogma), leave it at 0 % to deactivate it
  
• "RESET ALL SETTINGS": Set the two options above back to default (Lore friendly = false, Doubletrouble Chance = 0 %), so the mod works as intended
