So, yes, I do use it!
though, I do think an inheritable (if you make a genotype), non-archite one could be neat! Make all your pawns inately have a stack, at birth (Have it "Take effect" at, say, 13)
I think you should, instead of making archite capsules more expensive, make either the empty stack more expensive, make it use less capsules, or say that it's because "since it's a blueprint, the rescourses are more". The benifit is that you can get archite capsules easier iirc, and if not, there is a mod you can use to extract capsules "accidentally" from prisioners!

from my previos tests i only get that you cannot perform sleeve operation on a child before 13, there is no option, and it's presumably intended behavior from the core AC mod
So, what is it's issue with children?
