Ward Limit + Better AI Education Compatch

The 05_bp2_hostage_effects file needs to be updated to account for this, otherwise you get the invalidated ward travel event with 2 or more wards. There are additional files that need to be updated as well (about 9) with the changes due to the travel mechanics.

FYI, this an compatibility with other mods is taken care of in my Super Compatch

I know this isn't updated, but when you do, can you consider changing the check inside martial_education_valid from
culture = { has_cultural_tradition = tradition_fp1_performative_honour }
to
culture = { has_cultural_parameter = has_access_to_shieldmaidens }
for better compatibility with modded traditions?

and I think you should have the same check for female dominated societies, as you can make male shieldmaidens (shieldswains)

I have seen that there are options to translate the mod into German in the localisation. Is that correct?

I looked at the short text files, it wasn't much, if it's missing, can you add it to your mod :)?

I had that happen too, but tbh I don't know the reason for it. For me it helped resubscribing to the mods on workshop and restarting pc. I have the same modlist as you
