Malden, a small North Atlantic country that has slowly drifted from the West.
Their defense force is lightly equipped, mostly driving around in offroads and SUVs.
Greenbacks, two new branches of the existing AAF faction, including Airborne
and Paramilitary forces under the Akhanteros regime and it's military vanguard.
Law Enforcement, including three independent branches , each providing
security and protection to the people of Livonia, Altis and Malden respectfully.
The Cartels, a number of mafias and drug cartels based around the
globe, trafficking narcotics and corrupting governments as they go.

from western economic embargos and rampant inflation with Chinese backing.
Horizon Islands, a Pacific nation state under a CSAT backed government,
guarded by a small and antiquated defense force equipped with third world gear.
Horizon Gendarmerie, a heavily militarised, CSAT backed paramilitary force
used to crack down on the growing insurgent and criminal groups within the country.
Raven Security, a Russian private military company deployed to
conflicts around the globe to support and prop up Russian allies.
Separatists, attempting to carve out a Russian speaking state in
Livonia, allegedly backed, supplied and supported by Russia and Belarus.
