Brazil 2023 (SANDBOX; 92 teams)

I copied most of the work from other mods, but I revised the kits to bring them up to date.

Trying to be realistic, leagues A, B and C have 20 teams. The D league actually has 64 (!) teams and several stages. Since the maximum number of teams in a league in the game at the moment is 24, I've put the 32 teams that made it out of the first round into two leagues of 16.

I gave half a star more to: Flamengo (for Libertadores and Brazil Cup championships), São Paulo (for being runner-up in Sudamericana), Cruzeiro (for the victory in B league), Mirassol (for the victory in C league) and América de Natal (for the victory in D league).

All teams have at least half a star because there are no strictly amateur teams.
