Updated Hammer

I updated the hammer mod made by Goosesalesman of Hamburg. Adds the c_hands and a new image for the inventory.

(Also, it will give script errors because I used a vmt to make the old hands invisible along with an invisible texture, because the fingers would bug out if I removed the old arms...)
