Plattenbau Halle IW84 WBS70 Halle-Trotha

Merry Christmas Folks!

I'm not a big X-Mas guy, but I still wanted to get you all something for Christmas, even though it's not really related to it.
So today's upload is a rework of my Plattenbau fill-in No.1 and my WBS70 pack No.2.
Included in this building pack are three "Puntksegmente" ("point segments"), so standalone filler blocks, and 5 normal WBS70 row and end blocks.
All except one buidling can be found in Halle-Trotha, the "WBS70-PS No.0" is a single block from Halle-Neustadt, I wanted to include in this upload.
Being highly detailed, and kept very close to the original design, the included assets are a bit more tris-heavy, but also optimized the best I can.



The 8 included buildings have been named by a system I hope is at least somewhat understandable.
"HAL" sorts them to my other assets from Halle (Saale).
"IW84" stands for "Industrieller Wohnungsbau" or "Industrial apartment construction", "84" indicating the year the blocks have been planned.
"WBS70" means "Wohnungsbauserie 70" or "apartment construction series 70".
"-PS" is only used for the "Punktsegmente", so the standalone blocks.
"-5/-6" indicates the number of floors for the block, so either 5 or 6 floors.
"#E" is the number of entrances the block has.
"-GLL/-GLR" describes if this is a end version with balconies either on the left or right gable.
The "No.#" stands for the general appearance of the building, here beige/red with colorable balconies.



The 8 blocks can be found under their names, starting with "HAL IW84 WBS70" or alternatively by searching for "Plattenbau".
The railings of the balconies are color-mapped, the original color included.

Here's a list of all the HEX-colors used:

• orange: CBA366

All "-GLL/-GLR" and "-PS" blocks are flush with at least one side of the lot, the normal "3E" blocks are not flush with any sides of the lot.
When placing the blocks next to each other, Move It might be required.
The "WBS70-PS" are growable residential buildings, The other row and end blocks only be used with the RICO mod. They are level 1 to 2 high residential buildings with 30 to 54 homes each.
If used without the RICO mod, most of the buildings stay funtionless unique buildings.

The main texture files are shared, so using the Loading Screen Mod to tremendiously cut down on file size is advised!
