Configurable News Feed - Updated

An Updated version of @Morven his Update and Reuploaded version located here https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2763078396 which is now outdated. I have updated it with the fix by @cuomo860 since not everyone knows how to mod I uploaded this updated version until Morven Returns if he doesn't I will keep this mod updated as good as possible!!

Below the Description from Morven:

An update and reupload of dungeonyak's excellent Configurable News Feed mod. Set customisable and comprehensive message settings in a custom gui window. Where Paradox failed, dungeonyak provided.

Dungeonyak has taken a sabbatical from modding, but has kindly gifted the community his work. Feel free to either contribute here, or if you'd prefer to use his work as a base for your own messaging mod project, then feel free to start with this version inclusive of my own small contributions that have updated it to play nicely with the current game version.

UPDATE 06-05-2023 - Integrated the Wider Hud Notification mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2783838884 made by @Странник who I like to thank for his help with making this possible.

UPDATE 06-06-2023 - Movable Suggestions mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2221751176 made by @Kozonak is now also implemented into this since it also modified the same gui file.

UPDATE 06-08-2023 - I silenced the news messages that you would get when a building was completed, this was requested by many many people including myself. You still get a message when you get prestige from a new building just not the message anymore when a building was completed.

@moochaPL your hud.gui works like a charm! Slotted it into the directory and I've got news feed running wonderfully. Thanks for making the edit and putting up a link to download it.

And thank you @Robi Wan Kenobi for working out where the required editing was that @moochaPL incorporated.

And (may as well make this into a Oscar award winner speech) thank you FunGaming44 for your work on this mod. I hope that you are feeling better.

Guys mod seems to be ok. If I'm wrong let me know.

The only thing you have to do is to replace hud.gui file modified by me with this one in mod's /gui folder (2906140118\gui). Link to my version of the file below:

I replaced the code in hud.gui between line 5101 and 5169 with the original code and this works for me.

Normaly i always update my mods day 1 of a new update, however currently not doing to good myself. I'm in and out of the hospital constantly with a pinched nerve specifically sciatica where i lose control of my back and my legs all the way up to my neck so that is currently my situation. I try to update my mods slowly as much as the pain allows me. You all know me for updating my mods days always however now it's impossible for me and i hope it gets better fast. In between that i try to play a game here and there to relax a little but the pain even stops me from doing that as much as I would love.
