I still dont understand how to use great split rambu. It says that she need to have 999 of red heartbeat, but she doesnt gain the effect no matter what i do.

I don't know if its a typo in the description of the Passive or if it is an unforeseen bug, however for the specific part of the passive "Heartbeat of the red mist" instead of the listed description of giving all allies strength equal to what she had instead it seems that shes only giving it to herself essentially doubling her strength gain without spreading it to allies at all.
