We've been assigned to the back lines of the breakout. That means we're not going to escape, we fight to the last man so that anyone left can punch through. Let us hope that the war is over for germany. For Glory men!

Orders

In this battle, you will control an irregular mixed force trying to survive the coming storm. You have at your disposal shattered elements of the 'Grossgruppen' and some SS Hitler Youths. Adolf wulf had promised us that 'Von Vich's' battle company should also arrive but we cannot hope for any real backup.
The most strongest part of your defense is a local nebelwerfer group and the flak 88 defenses. Other wise than that you have mostly untrained civilians who aren't armed, volksturm, SS officers, novice tank crews, support crews and whatever can come your way.
You have no air support, no backup, no ammo, no hope.
Expect a 24-hour combat mission until the job is done.
Fight to the last man.

Gameplay

This mission gets better the harder it is. Turn on fog and turn up the difficulty to experience the late eastern front.

There are ammo crates and hidden stashes left over by other german forces. Use these well and retreat to safer ground to survive just a bit longer.

Victory is only achieved once your commanding officer takes their life or dies in battle.

Battlefeild tips

Grossfurher wants the church to be the last stand point! We have stashed most of the ammo we can bring here along with captured weapons.

There are weapons and ammo on the poor dead who litter the streets...

Russian marines and paratrooper commandos will try to sneak behind our lines. You are encircled after all do not expect anywhere to be safe. Stay indoors or behind cover.

The enemy airforce has complete superiority! Buidlings are only tempoary shelters but huge targets. Don't forget to arm the populace!
