Replaces the hatchet model and icon by a sandal and the hit sound by a slap sound effect.
Also renames it "La Chancla" in english, french and spanish. Just ask for your language if you want me to add it
doesn't replaces the kill icon yet, i'm still trying to figure out how to change it.
