Car Hotwire Magazine

This mod adds a magazine that will give you the Burglar trait (ability to hotwire cars and less chance to break locks). It cannot be found in stores or libraries, instead it will apear in houses and other locations. It's a very long read.

In this 9th of July 1993 issue of Burglar's Buddy we will show you how to efficiently break through a window, hotwire cars and MORE! Interviews with the best burglars from around Kentucky and the rest of the country!
